Hello, i have a problem that is rather silly. When I stream cs:go, my viewers like music. But I want quiet music so I can hear foot steps. Do you guys know a way to have separate audio levels for my headphones and stream? I have tried VAC, but I can't seem to separate Internet Explorer sounds, or Adobe Flash Player sounds to its own line to be modified. Any help is awesome, thanks! : )

To clarify, I want to have high game sounds and music sounds on stream. I want low music sounds and high game sounds in my headphones.

The DShow Audio Plugin is not really necessary/needed, but you have to split your game and music before it goes to OBS and your headset. Easiest would be with VAC yea:
Desktop / Game -> VAC Line 1
Music -> VAC Line 2
With that you have the option to send Line1 and Line2 to your headset/speakers, in the headset/speakers sound mixer you can then, independent of each other, change the volume for both. And to get them at full volume into OBS you send them both to a third VAC Line and use that in OBS.
You can use Virtual Audio Cable repeaters and the windows listen to function to do it.

The problem is the same still. How do I make flash player or internet explorer send the audio to a VAC line, and NOT be heard on the desktop? ; (

The Flash Player and current Internet Browsers will always output to your default playback device, there is no way around that, to my knowledge.
