So as the title says each time i try to record a better game like "Middle Earth Shadow Of Mordor" or even games like "Amnesia The Dark Descent" i try to do it on full screen and i use the following sources

Each Time i try to run full screen i usually run the program as an administrator as i figured it only works that way and select the game i run on full screen and then press the shortcut and start recording.
My issue is the following.
Once recording starts each like maybe 5 seconds both my cam and my game freeze for some time(the time depends on how good the games are graphic wise)which ruins the whole thing cause i am a youtuber.The sound is fine its just the "visual" part and the thing is that if i play the games without recording then its fine i dont lag in game or anything and i can play it fine but if i try to record on the video i make both my cam and my game lags for the people watching the video while i personally dont lag when i play it.
Idk if those help but this is my options.
Settings>Video
Video Adapter:NVIDIA GeForce GT 440
Base Resolution:1600-900(basicly its full screen)
Aspect Ratio 16:9
Resolution Downscale:None (1600 x 900)
Filter:Bilenear(fastest)
FPS-30
Disable Aero=Checked
I am not sure but i think one of the options i put above is the problem therefore idk if it does but does changing 1 of these to something else will help me as far as the "freeze" issue i got?
