Question / Help I thought this would be over...but it's not. YouTube Encoding

I'm not sure if there's detailed documentation on the Quick Sync presets (paging @Palana) but they behave like the x264 presets do. The amount of compression performed via preset and the quality target are separate; less compression means less work for the iGPU but more bits will be needed to hit the quality target.
 
Figured as much but thanks :) I have run a few tests and the result is strange:
1920x1080p@60
If I use 1 Bestquality I get High Encoding nothing strange there I guess?
If I use 5 Balanced I got 8% Duplicated
And the duplicated frames Increased with every step down.

So are duplicated frames really an Encoder Issue or can it be the game aswell?

I have 2 Monitors one is connected with my GPU and ther other with the iGPU

Edit: Alright Sapiens solved the problem with the duplicated frames. It was that I had 2 Monitors not connected to the same GPU!

But the main point with the crappy Video Quali of yt remains after further testing.
