Question / Help I really need help for streaming

Hi,
a while ago i try to steam but i could because when normaly i have 150FPS when i steam it goes to 50-80(breaks because 1 time is 80 and another 50), so i thinked it was because of mine vidio card of 500MB and now i buy 1 of 1GB DDR5 and still it lags the same at it was before plz tell me what i m doing wrong

What game are you trying to stream? Also, what're your settings for OBS video/broadcast? You may not have enough RAM to stream. Can you monitor your CPU/RAM usage when streaming?

Active Member
You have an ancient mid to low-end CPU that isn't able to keep up with the demands of encoding real-time video at your chosen resolution. You will need to downscale further. This is not a GPU issue.

Also, do NOT use Monitor Capture under windows 7 if at all possible. Disabling aero will make it work a little better, but it is THE WORST of all capture methods available. Instead, use Game Capture if possible; if GC won't work, turn Aero ON and use Window Capture instead (Window cap with aero on is actually FASTER than with it off, as OBS can grab directly from the Aero video memory textures).

it is mine CPU when i stream even in the lowest Downscale it stills uses 99% of CPU.
need to buy new Chip-set.
