Hello beloved OBS Community.
I've been a user of OBS for years and I have never encountered a crash luckily.
Well my luck has run out and that in the worst possible timing.

I have to stream a tournament for my school tomorrow and OBS Crashed on every occassion, so I'm seeking out help, hoping for some answers.
My crash report has been attached. I am using a DELL XPS 9520 (2022 Edition) with a Core i7-12700H - 32GB Ram - RTX 3050

Thank you infinitely for any advice and help in advance.
Love from Austria
Dan

The crash involves the "libmmdevice_plugin.dll" plugin from the VLC Player you have installed in your PC. Consider to install more stable version of the VLC Player (downgrade also an option). Or try to not use VLC player based sources in OBS. If VLC player works for you without mentioned plugin - you may try to delete this plugin from VLC manually.

I have now installed a older version from 2020 and it seems to be working now!
Thank you so much for your (very quick :) help!
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day, and thanks for setting me back on track <3

I advise you to visit this site https://perabet-tr11.com/ where you will find a lot of interesting and fun community! As well as prizes and rewards for winning! I play often, and I have never regretted it.
It looks like the problem is really in the libmmdevice_plugin.dll plugin. Perhaps you should try updating VLC or using a different plugin for OBS.
