Question / Help I need some help with streaming.

I am having trouble while streaming. The preview seems fine with no dropped frames and my box in the right corner stays green while playing League of Legends. As soon as I stop the preview and go live then I start dropping rates while the box fluctuates from green to red. What am I doing wrong?
