I need help my recordings are very pixely here is what i mean

I have a gtx 960
8 gbs of ram
Asus Z-97 E
and a i5 k4690 please help
my bitrate is around 20000 and i am using quicksync

I don't see anything wrong with the video. Did you check it immediately after uploading it, before Youtube finished processing it? Higher resolutions like 720p and 1080p aren't available right away.

That's a 1080p60 video and was almost surely recorded at a higher bitrate. You're recording at 1080p30.
