Okay so I stream XBOX games etc. I use a HD PVR 2 to stream which has a delay of 2 seconds on your pc. I also talk to friends on TeamSpeak which is a program like Skype but made for just talking. Unfortunately doing this doesn't allow me to put a voice delay on for myself and my webcam because If I did their voice would probably come through before mine.
So If I said Hello and they said Hello back the chances are they'd say it before me if that made any sense?
So I wondering if there was a to delay Desktop sound? So that I could delay their voices on teamspeak and sync it up with my delay on OBS? Please help!:)
