I Just downloaded OBS and I'm wondering if I can only record audio from one window like if I'm watching youtube and playing a game how do I make it so that they can't hear the audio from youtube only the game audio

Take a look at this---It may help---
EDIT/ADVANCED AUDIO PROPERTIES
 
Understand that by default, you are most likely capturing the default of Audio Source of Desktop Audio (which includes ALL audio sources)
If you don't want ALL, it may be best to NOT use Desktop Audio (which is what I did. I disabled all Default/Global Audio devices in OBS, and add specific Audio Input setup as required)
