Question / Help I need help with which are the right settings for me.

Hey I basically want to record/stream games like League of Legends and CS:GO with obs, but I don't know which are the best settings for me as there as so many and they are fairly confusing,
These are my PC Specs:

CPU - i7 4790k
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5
Video Card - Asus Radeon R9 270 2GB
SSD i'm recording to - Crucial MX100 256GB SSD
Ram - Kingston Hyper X Savage 8GB 2400Mhz

Any help is really appreciated :)
