Question / Help I need help with the Window selection

Ok, On my stream, I have everything working, but when I select a region of a window that I want to show, (the music that I'm playing) as an example, when I put another window over it, it hides the original window region that I selected, is there any way to prevent this? or will I have to save a section on my 2nd monitor so I can have that region without having another window over it?

Enable aero (you'll know it's on when you have the windows glass theme), and it will no longer capture windows on top.
