Howdy,

I by no means am the person to ask, however I believe more information is necessary.

What is it you are trying to do? Live Stream via a service such as twitch or send video to youtube?

What settings are you debating about-- Broadcast Settings?

Also keep in mind you have excellent upload, however you need to keep in mind how much a streaming site wants to be sent at once & if it doesn't downscale the upload, if you make it too data intensive you will cut down your audience as a lot of people who may want to watch you will not be able to download a non-transcoded stream.

im trying to stream on twitch

streaming on that cpu might be pretty hard

you might get away with 720p@20fps on ultrafast preset and a 2000bitrate

cfr checked

but this can cause performance issues ingame specially on an mobile cpu and especially on an mobile hyperthreaded dualcore

well you gotta explain your situation

does this mean you are gaming on xbox1 and capture through a usb capture card to your laptop?

if so then 720p30 on veryfast preset will prefectly fine
the bitrate will stay at around 2000 since this is probably the sweet spot right now for unpartnered twitch streamers

i did what you said and it worked but when i stream for 5 to 10 minutes it drops frames really bad
