So I need help with OBS settings I want my videos to be HD and not lag and even stop lagging my PC whilst playing ROBLOX (In x264)
Here are my specs

Thanks for nothing, now it looks even worse. "Best settings you computer can perform"
 
Well, you are trying to stream on a True Potato In my experience, Laptops are not the best and at least 4 cores is essential with 8GB of RAM Even then, leveraging an integrated encoder is often needed
Think of it as running two games at once
Post an OBS log from a stream or recording session Maybe it will show where something can be adjusted for better output
