Question / Help i need help with my obs

TO sum it up it's generally just either that your bitrate is higher than your have available for upload bandwidth, or you chose a less-than-ideal server which has issues. Sometimes under rare circumstances it can be ISP related, and even rarer circumstances it can be hardware related. Lots of possibilities.

Though I'm guessing in this case that you just don't have sufficient upload bandwidth.
 
so would you say id need a better computer to use obs? if so what would i need for the computer to make it run better if i got a computer custom made
 
No, I was saying that you probably just don't have sufficient upload bandwidth on your internet connection. Just a guess though.
