Question / Help I need help with local recording

I'm just trying to get the best recording possable for a you tube vid but I'm having a rough time of it and I'm getting a lot of skipped frames, can any body help me out here? here's my log https://gist.github.com/5d67ab8e42ad050690ce

Sadly, your processor might be just too slow for this kind of thing. Your best bet is to use a faster encoding preset (eg. ultrafast) and limiting your bitrate. Perhaps you should also try using game capture instead of window as that could be really a hit on performance, if the game allows it. And remember, inserting a 720p webcam video in the recording is also a processor hit.

I turned it to super fast and then downscaled to 360p, but it works great, no more frame rate issues for me thanks for the help man!
