hey guys wen i start a test stream or a normal stream i becomme this error massage

i don´t now what i can do, pls help me
 
If you get an error that says "Could not initialize DirectX 10 on [your GPU]",
then your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10.

It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed;
your hardware does not support the necessary features.

You can try upgrading your GPU, or try the test OBS Multiplatform release: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/23342/
