Question / Help I need help! Voice Sounds Robotic

When ever I record, my audio sounds almost echoey. I tried doing things from youtube and other threads. None of them worked. It used to be fine until I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. This seems to be just an OBS problem because on discord and voice recorder my voice is perfectly fine. Please tell me what to do.

Okay, so I just installed OBS. First use of the program the audio was fine. Streamed audio perfectly. Opened the program back up to stream a second time and the audio settings changed. Now the audio doubles. (Dunno why.) I have an El Gato HD60 Pro. I have Desktop audio on because I use discord...
