so i put my bit rate down to 1500 to see if that would help, but it didnt. ive tried a bunch of video settings and a bunch of stuff but everything i have tried still makes my game lag while i stream. my game doesnt lag for the viewers but it just lags for me while im streaming and its completely fine when im not. im trying to stream csgo and diablo 3. someone please help me, because i have been trying to figure this out for months. i have cbr checked, 1920x1080 and i have it downscaled to 1280x720, my fps is set to 25, disabled aero, cpu preset is on veryfast,
