I need help, RAM leak is out of control

So, I have streaming for a while now, and My Streaming Laptop likes to Leak Memory when Streaming with OBS.
but It was kind of minor, and When It reached 100% usage on Ram, It lagged a bit but It cleared the Memory usage while It was lagging and return to normal, so I didn't mind.

but Today, I experienced the most dreaful case of RAM leakage.
It started out fine, Seemed like The Laptop and OBS is gonna hold itself pretty well.
but within Minutes, RAM usage reached 100% and It has never gone down until It crashed OBS.

Attatched files are Log Files it created when I either bailed out of OBS by Exiting Forcefully, or Genuinely crashed.
If It wasn't for the RAM leak, My Stream Laptop would be doing fine, but It's not, so I'm seriously considering getting other Streaming Laptop to stream with.
I REALLY could use some help from the Forum members, PLEASE Help me.

Update : as I was looking through the OBS forum, I found out that someone was able to Save on RAM by ticking "Disable while Inactive" on bunch of Sources.
I am currently benchmarking the OBS as we speak, and So far, It isn't leaking any Memory.
I'll update as soon as anything happens to My OBS.

Feel free to dissect the Log Files, I may still need some professional help on OBS.

Update 2 : Nevermind, as soon as the GPU intensive stuff (3D VTuber Model) kicked in, It caved and completely lost control of RAM and CPU usage.
I have no clue What's happening anymore, I might just buy the Cheaper Gaming Laptop with Nvenc compatible 3050Ti and be done with it...

So far, It's doing fine.
RMA & CPU usage increases when Other Applications are involved (like 3D Model program)
but at the Time of Streaming, I wasn't using any 3D Model program, Just OBS and the Plugins, so It may be both Plugin & 3D Model software too.

but I am still not sure What Plugin would cause such Issue without any 3D Model program involved...
