Good evening,

I've been through this issue from a very long time & it was a main reason for me to not stream as much as I wanted
bitrate at bottom right is red & drops to 0 most of the time while I have stable/good connection

the log you provided was not from a session of OBS where you were streaming
speedtest.net test results do not test in ways that are comparable to streaming.

here's all the logs in the log folder, The log I provided earlier were the last log I made.
regarding the speedtest I did tried downlading from different websites, it is as fast as it should but when i stream its another story

Tried all the pinned topics related to my issue before creating this thread, none of the fixes worked.
forgot to mention, I did tested my uploading not just downloading, my connection itself is not the case, Had the same issue when I tried to stream from another location..
