I wonder how do make Ragnarok Online Stream in OBS.

The problem is ..
The game does not appear in Game Capture.

Please Help me xD

You could just use window or monitor capture instead and bind a title card to a hot key everytime you want to alt tab that way people don't see your desktop.

I believe that game uses DirectX 8, so it can't be captured with Game Capture. You might try using this plugin, but I don't know if it will work: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/directdraw-dx8-capture-support.12614/
