Question / Help I need help. Bitrate/framedrops and lag in the video.

Well. my problem its that i cannot stream in a max bitrate of 250 ( using xplit i can use 400 of bitrate if i put more i have lag in the stream and droped frames). It looks like shit at that bitrate. In this web it says that i can put 2100 but if a put more than 250 it starts dropping frames. ( in the picture i have maxbitrate = 1800).

This is my SpeedTest. Im from Argentina its 15:30 here, At night i have 30.00 mb/s of dowload and 3.00 mb/s of upload, Aprox.

And this is my Pc.

My router is this.

Thank you All. I hope someone can help me. Another thing, a friend of mine, have the same pc and the same internet, he can stream in 720p really good and i can not, so its a little weird.

Generally, it could be anything from unideal server choice to network instability. I would recommend posting the results after running this: http://www.measurementlab.net/tools/shaperprobe

I have been reading that thread but my problem keeps on :(.
