Question / Help I need good setting for my pc. Can someone help me plsss?

Hello! Can someone help me making good settings for my pc?
Pc specs:
Amd Phenom ii x2 545
4GB RAM
Zotac Nvidia Gtx 650 2gb Synergy Edition
 
You CPU is way too slow for anything that will look halfway decent. 480p with lowest preset is maybe possible.
 
Well that was quite harsh... Anyways Andrei, there may be some hope for you :D. Are you trying to record a game or your monitor? If a game, whats the fps you usually expeirience without recording? How demanding are the graphics? what game is it? I will try to help you as much as I can
