Question / Help I need complete help!

Yesterday I tried streaming LoL! However I have no clue what bitrate to input and what video settings to apply. I get around 6 upload speed and my processor is:

I want the video to be HD. Doesn't matter if it's 720p! I need a lot of help :)
 
Your CPU is really weak, I doubt it will get you 720p. You will most likely have to downscale to 480p.
