Question / Help I need a bit of help in setting up my stream.

Hello guys, I just recently started using OBS and I am unable to set it up correctly.
I have a win7 64-bit version, 6 GB RAM, 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370, Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.13 Ghz.
The upload speed to the server is 2.85 Mbps and the ping is 47 ms.

when it comes to hardware i wouldnt even try streaming with this cpu if i it would be in my case

You would want minimum an i5 processor, and thats already cutting it close since it would be a laptop CPU. Your GPU is also very weak.

yeah it might be possible in a really horrible quality, or your desktop in 720p but then you literally couldnt do much on your pc

could you help me out? I don't really care about the quality. My main problem while using the program is a massive. frame drop

The massive frame drop is due to your system being extremely underpowered. Feel free to post a log but your options are going to be pretty limited and it may not be possible to get things working acceptably.

Downscale your stream resolution further and/or switch to the ultrafast preset. There's not much else you can do unless you want to stream at an even lower frame rate.
