Question / Help I lag pretty badly when attempting to live stream

Hello,

Just now, I attempted my second test live stream. I was lagging very badly again, and am not sure why. My laptop is pretty strong and can handle recording just fine. Live streaming is a different story. Is it simply too demanding on my pc to live stream a game and play the game at the same time? Or may I have OBS settings not set correctly?

Post your logfile. and laggin is a general term.

lagging in game? high frames in game but stuttering? stream is lagging? are viewers lagging/buffering?
