Question / Help I kinda need some help

So, yesterday, i finally got my MSI gtx 1070 after a long period of time with a very old gtx 560ti....

My monitor is a benq xl2730z, 2560x1440, and my CPU is a Intel i7-3770k, 3,5ghz

I have tried a million settings. Some settings look very good when I'm standing still, but are very blurring while moving

Can one of you help me with some settings, that fit my system?
