I keep losing all my recordings to this issue

I use OBS to record all my minecraft gameplay, but 90% of the time when I press stop recording and look at the saved recording, it's just a frozen screen. Then when I open OBS again, it just shows a frozen minecraft window and I don't even have minecraft open. I've lost basically all my recent recordings and just got a blank screen, help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Change your OBS frame rate from 120 to 60 or 30.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
4. If recording to MP4 or MOV, record to MKV

6.Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
