Question / Help I keep getting a red box in the corner

I really wish i could stream with Open Broadcaster Software, But this cause is preventing me from doing so. I go into a game of league and the box goes instantly red. with like 1k kb/s

Your logs don't show any signs of buffering. Only if the box stays red for a long time are there problems.
