Question / Help I keep disconnecting

After I start streaming and get everything going I disconnect from twitch.As a test I tried out Xsplit and it worked fine.

I Tried the following things.
Lowering my bit-rate from 3500 to 1800 nothing changed.
Changing servers and nothing changed.
Changing my stream key and nothing changed

I looked up this problem on other pages to find a solution and I couldn't find one please help.

settings used in OBS might not be the same settings in xsplit.
