I installed the new version of obs and now it drops frames randomely while recording my gameplay

Here is the log file, this has never happened in the past and once I installed the new version of obs, my recording had random frame drops

Also, I have a new computer with 32GB of ram and relatively stable internet connection.

IDK if this helps but it also takes time to stop the recording sometimes

Disable HAGS and run OBS as administrator.

Reduce the game graphical settings.
Set the FPS to 60.
Test again. Remember to restart the computer, not just turn it off and on, and less sleep.
