screenshots are nice but include a log please. intermittent issues are "typically not OBS issues, but post your log anyway, maybe we can assist you in the right direction.

So a little update
i reinstalled obs and treid the same and tehre still seems to be a little delay, it seems to me that it gets bigger over time but im unsure
but theres a delay 100%

Code:
22:59:41: fps: 22
22:59:41: width: 1096, height: 616

did you just type in numbers here? try 24fps, 25fps, 30fps (common), 40fps, 45fps, 48fps, etc.

Code:
Global Audio time adjust: 0
or
audio time offset 0

use one of these two to sync up audio but dont use sync audio to video time. I believe - or + values are possible. If for some reason you just cants get it sync'd with those values, raise the scene buffering time a little and start again.

i will try 28 fps

but i didnt exactly get the second part? can you explain it for not smart people? :)

first, use 30fps and call that a day, the reason should be obvious but will just say that there are certain fps that works well and others that dont. the ones that work well are listed above, Anything else will look laggy and studdery to your viewers.

Second, if your sound is not sync'd with your video use audio offset under the audio tab. find a value that works by recording a video then playing it back. if your game sound is off, adjust the global offset, if your mic is off with a webcam adjust the mic audio offset. adjust these options in that order.

if you still do not understand, maybe you need to do a little more reading under the help menu of OBS and/or here:https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/technical-explanation-of-obs-settings.642/ and/or some youtube videos.
