Question / Help I have no idea how to set this up

Hi guys sorry to bother but I do not have much knowledge in this area and would really appreciate some help,. here are my pc specs and my speed test results

could anybody recommend settings used in obs? thanks in advance!

For streaming to twitch use x264 encoder, CBR, 3500, Keyframe Interval 2, cpu preset anywhere from fast to veryfast, prfile high,

video tab: base resolution 2560x1440, output resolution 1280x720, downscale filter lanczos, framerate 30

advanced tab: change color space to 709

If your not streaming to twitch then you will probably use different settings.

Streaming at 3500kbps on Twitch for non-partners can cause buffering for users on slower connections. Only stream at 3500kbps if you know that you have transcode available on your channel.

What is the rationale for changing the color space?

Are you recording, streaming, or both? If you're streaming, what streaming service are you going to use (Twitch, YouTube, etc.)? The recommendations are different depending on what you're doing.
