Question / Help I have a recording problem after i got windows 10

Hello guys, so i got windows 10 the other day and i downloaded the windows 10 version of obs and copied my old settings into obs, but now my recordings are lagging and i lose a lot of fps and i dont know what to do now, i used windows 7 before and all went smooth 60fps 1080p and my computer should be able to do it,

Spec on my computer,
  • CPU: i7-4790K
  • GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 980
  • MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK
  • RAM: HyperX 32GB
  • POWER: Corsair 1000w Platinum
  • CASE: Corsair Carbide-Air 540 Cube
  • VANDKØLER: Corsair H110i GT
  • HDD 1: Medion 1000GB
  • HDD 2: Hitachi 1000GB

I've heard a lot of issues with nvidia drivers and you are usings NVENC so that might be it.

change NVENC preset to high performance and increase bitrate(45000?). this shouldn't be an issue since you are local recording.
 
Hello so i tried changing harddrive from my main to my game drive and i think it kind of works now. my fps in the video do not look like 60fps more like 25 - 30 fps but i can live with that intil windows 10 is fixt :P
