Question / Help I guess my PC is enought and internet too but still cant get a good quality stream.

720p30 / 2400 Bitrate ( :'( crying so hard .. my internet can so much more )

Ye i know so im now on 720p30 / 2400 Bitrate but what about other questions? What is that HLSVOD? and high buffer size
