I go from 240 FPS down to 70-90 FPS when streaming and I am not sure why

I have a high end PC (RTX 4070TI and an i7 processor desktop computer).

I mainly stream league of legends. What is confusing is that my FPS hovers above 200 within the first five minutes of EVERY match I go into and then it dips down to 70-90. And this is a consistent situation. My FPS is perfect for few minutes then catches fire after five minutes into streaming.

So I know my PC is able to handle the frame rate but I am not sure what to do in OBS to fix the problem. I looked everywhere for weeks now with no solution.
Weirdly, my GPU utilization hovers around 20% when streaming/playing and my CPU single digit utilization. So clearly, so much resources are left but I am still losing a ton of FPS...

Neither log contains an encoding session. Best bet is to Start OBS, stream or record for a few minutes. Close & Re-open OBS & then upload the previous log.

There's more crap in there but address the above & test

Oh my goodness... I will just delete the app and start over XD
I have an HDR monitor - Do I just turn off HDR from Windows settings? Sounds like a hastle very time I stream.

No need for that.

Yes. I didn't look up your monitor, but it may have an Auto HDR feature that needs to be disabled.

I just noticed this & I've seen it on other systems that were having issues. Does anybody know what's going on here? I haven't bothered to change settings to try & duplicate it.

Looked back at some of those threads, they were Intel systems & it was the driver causing the above. Not sure if that's the issue here but I haven't tested the driver in use, 552.12.
