if you have an nvidia card dont use geforce experience. if AMD, uninstall raptr (aka gaming evolved)

Geforce Experience is an Programm for Nvidia Cards. Its for optimizing Games. Should shown up in ur Taskbar near ur Clock, if u have installed it.

Disable/Deinstall it, reboot and try again with OBS.

Having the same issue, I'm on AMD but I don't think I have raptr already installed. Ideas?
