Set your webcam's audio device to Disabled.
The mic is already coming in over the Microphone channel, so you're doubling it up at present (and the webcam audio device ignores the PTT anyway).
That's also an incomplete log file. There may be other issues, especially if you're on Windows 7. Be sure to post a complete log when opening a thread in Q&H. :)
then make sure your mic is selected under audio tab drop down for mic.I tried disabling the webcam's audio device via the Logitech quickcam app. But that just disabled my mic. PTT doesn't work either. Here's the full log
