In the third picture ive tried to change my (Scene buffering time (milliseconds):) to 400 its still the same
AND i use Aero just couldnt press it in while taking picture because that wouldnt screenshot it right.

I usually have 100 Mbps.
So i dont know why my twitch streaming is lagging what is wrong it works good 2 second then freezes like 2 seconds its annoying and no one would watch my stream like that? Should i change something? many people tells me i can stream perfectly without any problems but i dont know what the problem here is did i do something wrong? Im trying to stream counter strike global offensive. Thank you for the help

I recently saw a guy posting how he had his setup and it worked perfectly for him so i tried to do like him
and it worked way better than how i had it before but it still have this slightly laggy moves and i wonder if i can get rid of them? btw i have my Aero on while streaming.

And im sorry for the spam! :) But i did an analyze log of my last stream and this is what i got BTW i dont know if this would be good to mention but i have 16GB RAM.

Streaming log? ive trying to search about how to get it :3 i dont really know sorry do you have any simple steps? Im going to keep searching while waiting for your answer ill post a reply if i find earlier :) Thank you
