Question / Help I dont know if i should upgrade my CPU

i have had issues when streaming Watchdogs, my stream keeps freezing even with my game graphics on low i do not understand

I have a intel i5 3570k overclocked to 4.1 ghz

When you say "freezing" do you just mean that the buffering symbol keeps popping up?

Good questions ^^ Only thing a bigger/better CPU would offer is Hyperthreading for Encoding, but I'm guessing it's an issue somewhere else honestly.
