Question / Help i dont get why my stream is lagging

my stream is lagging and i dont know why. The upload thingy on the bottom right is red allmost constantly but my inet should be good enough. Any help pls?

i7 2600k oc to 4.2
gtx 580
8 gig ram

so issues with london shouldnt be a problem. right?

Try the US servers, EU is pretty overloaded.

I'm in the EU (netherlands), I tried several US servers as well. But since yesterday I wasn't able to stream properly.

Also, twitch quality check says CBR is not enabled and a keyframe of 2.432234 something was detected. I didn't change any settings.

give up streaming on twitch lately ... they having so much issues especially with the european netstructure as long as they are fixing stuff.
