Question / Help i don't can record my microphone

If the microphone volume slider in OBS is already at 100%, go to your Windows Control Panel > Sound > Recording Devices tab and see if you can increase the volume there. If a mic boost option is available, enable it. If all else fails you can try the Mic/Aux Boost option in OBS under Settings > Audio.
