I have good ping, a good computer with 400+fps but yet whenever i stream using OBS i constantly rubber-band in-game everytime i try to move. I have no issues when i'm not streaming. Could it be an internet issue? I did a speed test these were the results.

Download speed : 6.60mbps

Upload speed 1.0 mbps

Is my upload and download simply to low to stream or is it another issue? I also have a "Hook conflict" when i use the analyzer i can't seem to find the issue though. Would this cause the rubber-banding ?

I've already tried that and currently have it checked. Still rubber-band every time i move. Only when playing online, offline with bots and i'm fine no issues at all.

Post a logfile. But yes, most likely your network is choking, with only 1mbps upstream. Many games don't like it when a link is heavily used by other processes (like streaming), and rubberbanding is a common symptom.

What resolution, fps, bitrate (and audio bitrate) are you running at?

I'm using 25 fps, resolution is currently 1280x720 but i've tried just about everyone same goes for the downscale. using 1000 max bitrate and buffer size audio bitrate is currently 64 but i've tried like 90.
Log file uploaded below. Is there no way to take the pressure off of my network and put it on my CPU or graphics? I have a i7 with a gtx 645.

Using 1000 kbps bitrate is already too much, 700 kbps is the max you can use.
You really need to get better internet.

Yeah as a figured it's most likely just my internet, I honestly don't think there is better internet in my area. Anyways thanks for all your help.

Yep, seconded. Dropping to 600-700kbps (video and audio are counted separately) needs to happen. Also, downscaling to 360p or so... even 1000 isn't enough for 720p; minimum on that is 1500.

Sorry to hear it, man. ISPs suck like that.
