Question / Help I can't use OBS! Help!

Hey guys I'm having some trouble even starting up obs as of late. Any time I try to open obs i get a message stating "Error passing X file" If anyone knows how to fix this i would greatly appreciate it!

Its okay I figured out what was wrong thanks anyway!
