I can't transmit at more than 1500 bits.

Hi everyone, how are you? I have a question. I wanted to stream CS2 on OBS, but I can only do so if I set the bit rate to less than 2000 (mostly 1500), and it lets me stream at any quality, etc. I have 70mbs of upload speeds on my internet. Isn't that enough to upgrade to 6000Mbs? I am from Argentina, any help is appreciated.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
