streamelements puked all over that log. and a bunch of streamelements errors
I'd start with uninstalling streamelements altogether, then re-install OBS Studio to fix the changes streamelements makes to OBS (stupid streamelements for not offering to put original OBS files and settings back when uninstalling that PoS plugin).

if you think you uninstalled streamelements, that is definitely your problem.

but for some, they really want that PoS plugin. in which case, resolving the streamelements errors (and this isn't the forum to ask for such help, as far as I've seen) would be a good place to start
