Question / Help I can't seem to get window capture to work

When I try and use window capture to capture oldschool runescape (I am using OSBuddy for anyone who is familiar) it simply will not capture what it is supposed to. I would love to only capture the inner window but it captures the whole thing and then some whether I choose to capture the entire window or only the inner window.

Additionally, if I try to select a sub-region it will not capture the region I selected and I also cannot move the box down after a certain point.

If you select edit scene on the main OBS window, can you move it around? try Ctrl-F

I can move it around a bit but I can't get it the way I want, and the red lines go off the screen before it gets to where I want and then I can no longer move it.

and Ctrl-F? and you can resize it before you move it for best results.
