Question / Help I can't put 4000 Bitrate maxim

It tells you why though. With 4000 kbits you are above the recommended maximum for twitch.

3500 is the recommended maximum for non partners. Do not exceed it.

Thanks but if i put 4000 with the warning, can i continue make my stream normally???

possibly, but you probably risk getting a warning, or a suspension from Twitch.
