Question / Help I can't handle OBS...

Hello! I'm looking for a free program to make Lets Plays, and now I'm at OBS. ^^
But I don't really know how to do that, how to stream, what settings I should do etc.

Can someone explain it to me, please? :D
 
My main problem is that a black screen arrives when I want to go in full screen with the game...Has that sth to do with that?

upload your most recent log file from the help menu of OBS and paste the link here.
@russwasherejr 720@60, is not a starting point. 720@30 is a good place for streaming and recording.
 
Yea 720@30 is good if you have a so/so computer but if you have a good computer 720@60 is much better. It's just much smoother.

And as far as a black screen, what OS are you using? Under your "scenes" should be the game capture (game) right click on that, click properties and find your game in that list, if it doesn't show up click refresh. If that doesn't work I usually use Window Capture and it shows up there.
