Question / Help I can't get best quality of video on Stream like others.

At start sorry for my english but i hope it will be good enough to understand my problem.
Im streaming almost 2 years, but today i saw problems with quality of video. I mean its not good as it was some months earlier. When colours are changing i can see many pixels and video is not sharp. Any ideas? Tried to stream on settings like my friends, tried to update graphic card drivers and tried everything in OBS. Quality of video is much worse than 900x60FPS (i have full HD)
When i tried to record as same quality as stream - it looks muuuuch better as i want to - but stream is bad only...
GTX 1080 TI
intel I7 - 8700
2x8 GB RAM
Bitrate 6000 or 20,000 - no difference

Windows is out of date and game mode is on by default. You should run the October 2018 update and turn off Game Mode (separate from Game DVR and Game Bar). Instructions are in the signature.

The above line indicates severe system overload causing audio buffering. This can cause audio to become desynchronized.

You shouldn't put game and monitor capture sources in the same scene, as this degrades performance.

Do you have a link to a video that you say has bad quality? The only think I can think of is that you're running a lot of color filters, and I don't know what impact that is having.
